Labor Union in Greater St. Louis

For Bakery and Confectionery Workers

The BCTGM Union Local #4 in Greater St. Louis is one of several member local organizations of the Bakery, Confectionery, Tobacco Workers, and Grain Millers International Union, or BCTGM. The Bakery and Confectionery Workers International Union was founded in 1886, which marked the beginning of our labor union history. It was in 1969 when it merged with the American Bakery and Confectionery Workers' International Union, which was founded in 1957.
